1. Cancellations by You

  • Full Refund: You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the excursion.
  • No Refund: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled excursion, no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we must cancel an excursion due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, operator issues), you will be offered:

  • A full refund of the paid amount.
  • Alternatively, you may choose to rebook another tour of the same value, subject to availability.

3. How to Request a Refund
